- We provide free shipping on all our orders

6. Replacement Conditions:

We accept exchange requests only if:

- The product is damaged, defective, or has a sizing issue.

- You inform us within 5 days of receiving the order.

- We only accept if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

What is NOT eligible for exchange:

- Requests made after 5 days of delivery.

- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

- Custom or made-to-order items, unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Request an Exchange:

2. Mention your order number, the issue, and attach clear pictures of the product (if damaged or defective).

3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes:

- Exchange requests will be accepted **only once per order**.

- The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the item was received damaged.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days.
