Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:

- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.

- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as the order will already be in processing.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your order, please log in to your account on our website using the email address you provided at checkout.

Once logged in, you can view your order status and submit a cancellation request (if eligible).

Order Cancellation by Reviash:

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

- Payment issues
- Product damage or sizing errors
- Incorrect pricing or product information

- In such cases, you’ll be notified via email or phone and a full refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only if:

- The product is damaged, defective, or has a sizing issue

- You inform us within 5 days of receiving the order

- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

Not Eligible for Exchange:

- Requests made after 5 days of delivery

- Products that are worn, washed, or altered

- Customized or made-to-order items, unless they are damaged or defective

- Items marked as Final Sale

Please note:

- Only one exchange per order is allowed

- Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days
